The initial Book is issued on April 29, 2026 and is a Loose-Leaf format. The supplements are issued each quarter in a loose-leaf, printed format, that includes all the pages that have had changes either by regulatory act or by changes made by the publisher. The customer then takes these updates and should replace the pages in the original loose-leaf book.
